Simply put, it's advantageous for two parties to work together against a common foe. Putin is the common foe.

We all know Putin sucks, and every one of us has openly expressed "frick Putin and frick Russia", but you keep popping in to remind everyone of what we already know, which implies that no matter how many times we tell you that we're not Russia-sympathizers and Putin fanbois, you don't believe us and you never will.
So why does this discourse continue?
