Louisiana looked to be stumbling as usual, but lately they are showing signs of having some kind of plan and communication has improved as of late.

Poor communication, and there seems to be a complete lack of urgency around the vaccine. Prizker was so quick to shut things down in March, but slow on the vaccine.

I have no idea. The once-great state of Virginia is beyond redemption I'm afraid, therefore, I look the other way. I do know they will have to physically force me to take a china virus vaccine though.
