"V" told police the strength of "A"'s punch left her unable to fight back. One friend reported they tried to help, but they were also struck in the face twice. A witness said they worried about their friend because the assailant was "a man."

Good. I was wondering when this was gonna make it on here. I was reading up on this the other day and some interesting points to it.
Like the boy enrolled as a girl so the school is saying they shouldn't be held responsible as the mom is suing. But the mom is saying the knew as it was the first trouble and the girl had told the administration it was a boy. So the mom wants discovery.
Freaking evil lefties and lawyers love finding the loop holes to keep their shite going and Repubs unable to imagine their debauchery to be proactive.

Where is that girl's loving dad? Under the bed? Hopefull at the least, at his lawyer's office. All that is needed for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing.
