Acton's stepfather raped her when she was 12 and her mother took his side and stayed with him. Amy accused her mother of abuse and neglect. Ramaswamy said he has never met Acton and her mom and did not know about the rape allegations but called Acton a liar anyway and dismissed the allegations. After learning of the stepfather raping Acton, Vivek decided to run the ad anyway which is the major reason for the uproar. Acton's brother confirmed Acton's allegations of rape by their stepdad and abuse and neglect by their mom. Amy's mom has a criminal record for stealing and leaving kittens in a hot car with the windows up. She is an evil woman and the last person Vivek should have joined his campaign.

GOP has a lot of shite candidates this cycle. Maybe clean it up for 2028 and 2030.

Yeah this campaign really shows the best Ohio has to offer.
Kirk Herbstreit’s dog might have more to offer the people of Ohio.

Should a republican win in Ohio in 2026?
The city in Ohio with the largest is Springfield Ohio.
quote:- Washington post
Springfield now leads the state in year-over-year job losses. Federal job reports show the city’s labor force lost 1,100 manufacturing, leisure and hospitality jobs, contracting 2.2 percent in 2025. The downward trend has continued this year, preliminary data shows.
Republican immigration policies have functionally killed the economy of the town. Statewide, jobs have been flat in Ohio since Trump took over.
The Republican war in Iran has spiked gas and diesel prices in Ohio.
Republicans have approved data centers with minimal public disclosure.
Republicans losing the governor race in Ohio isn’t just because republicans don’t want to vote for a guy with dual allegiance to India and Vishnu.

I doubt Trump was trying to sabotage the Senate when he endorsed Vivek but who knows.

I've never seen a candidate sabotage his own campaign in the stretch run. Perhaps he doesn't want to be governor.
I have to imagine someone told him, “hey, maybe this isn’t a good idea”

And then there's this gem.
quote:Huh? Who said that had anything to do with it? He's a terrible candidate who's run a shitty campaign. Acton is so bad that anyone above room temperature should beat her, but Vivek can't seem to swing it.

The rest of your post is just DNC talking points.

His campaign team fears success.

Vivek is toast. Turn out the lights the party's over.
If that comes to pass, it will be interesting to see how the woman who curled up on the floor and cried during a Covid meeting when she was the chief medical person of the state of Ohio does under the pressure of governorship. My guess is someone else be running it al la Biden’s presidency
