I don’t think the bank will be allowed to event either but, hey, they can write it off. Big corporations just write it off.

But our local independent, Mickey Goldmill, said he would be completely moderate.

Adding $1400 to the $600 we already got isn't a $2000 check. It's a $1400 check.

Last I read, renters will still owe all back due rent monies, just all at once. Good luck at collecting that.

Where are renters who haven't been paying their rent for the past 6 months going to come up with over 18 months of rent?

Yeah its pretty sad. I'm not a financial miser or thrifty. I pay my bills and rent and live pretty well but don't make enough to really save a lot to buy. frick me and the rest of the honest people for paying rent I guess. Hopefully the owner appreciates me. I can take that feeling and wrap it around me when we are out on our asses. Thanks Joe.

This assumes they can find a house to buy. If evictions are shut down, foreclosures are probably shut down too.

Eviction moratorium through 9/21. Landlords (those pesky people that have a little more than the lowest peon) lose many properties. Foreclosures, etc. Government comes in to save the day by picking up the property from the banks for pennies on the dollar and distributing these properties at no cost to low income people of color as reparations.

What they are not telling you about is the 500 billion dollar bailout to state and local governments. They are essentially going to take care of Ca, IL, NY, NJ, etc...for decades of financial mismanagement.

Throw enough shite in their and the R “has” to compromise somewhere. This is basically just lowballing to get what they want and make everyone else look bad if they don’t

Yeah the foreclosure crisis could be epic

Or

They extend that moratorium too and then mortgage backed securities and banks take a HUGE hit. Sound familiar ?

That guy is really smart, but incredibly dumb at the same time. It’s quite astonishing that his feelings do not allow him to see that we are living in the world he grew up in anymore.

The left is not what they were 10 yrs ago. It’s time for all moderates to wake the frick up and use their brains and not their emotions.
