Will not happen.
Outside of a possible slime chance special forces that are already operating in Syria are needed for something very precise and limited in scope

Not our fight... Air defense is completely down. Let Israel, SA, Qatar, and others in the region take it from here.
If they did 2k strikes yesterday, that gives the US another couple of thousand strategic strikes over the next few days and head out.

Why would we need ground troops. There is an army just waiting for C-130's and C-47 to arm them.
Uh its not 1975 anymore bud

Unless a full on Iranian civil war starts. Particularly between the IRGC and regular Iranian Army.

The IDF has this you idiot

I’d imagine our mission from here will be to totally obliterate any command and control the IRGC has remaining, killing their members by hitting bases and barracks, etc
All in an effort to weaken them to as high a degree as we possibly can so that then the regular Iranian military can side with the people and stand up to them. I don’t think they’re anywhere near as ideological as the IRGC

They were pulled out of Syria at least a month ago. They are definitely operating in Iran. For starters it is easy to cross the border from the Kurdish part of Iraq.

Israel took out former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad yesterday. Just confirmed.

I don’t like Israel’s influence over our domestic politics
But they’re a fricking rock solid ally when it comes to military matters.

Actual Iranians call Masih Alinejad a stealth communist. Her support comes mostly from Europe

True. However, I've read multiple accounts about how our defense missiles system might be our biggest weakness we have. They need to spend a good amount of the budget figuring out how to improve it, vastly.
90% success for Patriot alone is considered good. There was greater than 90% success yesterday.

One secondary benefit of all of this is that our pilots and planes will be the most tested and combat ready in the world by a very large margin, second only to the Israeli pilots that have been at this pace for four years now. Nobody else in the world even comes close to us.

M/T Skylight is a product tanker. Others passed through the Strait of Hormuz yesterday without incident

If we think we know where the uranium is, do we send in Special ops to get it?
