I'm assuming that is a poorly written sentence.
Velayati is the advisor.

BREAKING:
President Trump is holding a high-level security meeting in the White House Situation Room on Iran after nuclear negotiations reportedly hit a dead end.
According to senior US officials, renewed military action is now back on the table, with one official saying: “Trump is going to hit them a bit.”
Participants include JD Vance, Marco Rubio, Pete Hegseth, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Gen. Dan Caine, and Steve Witkoff.

Everyone knows Trump will not do anything until he visits China which will be a waste of time concerning Iran. I trust China less than I trust Iran.

or is he using the trip to China to give Iran the false sense of security that it won't attack until after the visit.......
just like attacking during the day in the initial attack on its leadership.....when Iran thought they were safe till night

Iran told me, “You are getting the nuclear dust, but you will have to get it.”
That sounds like an invitation for us to send people over there to get it.

Which means he's willing to wait them out and will probably give them additional opportunities to revise their terms.
You baws who want the bombings and missile strikes to resume are going to get blue balls. It ain't happening for a long while.

One of the issues that frustrates Trump is Iran's demand for reparations for war. The sources said that traditionally reparations are paid by the defeated side, and Trump fears the term "reparations" in Iranian proposals - since agreeing to it could be interpreted as an admission of defeat
This is how you do it:
1 - We agree to allow Iran to resume selling oil.
2 - Iran's oil revenue pays for American general contractors to come in and execute the rebuild.

I don't care how we do it. I just want regime change. Trump can say and do whatever he wants as long as this regime is toast when it is all over.
I admit his word "seem" contrary to that at times. But like I have said with regards to politicians long before Trump, "watch what they do, not what they say".

If he extends the ceasefire another week after this I will lose all hope a deal will ever be made.
Epic Fury is over. Marco Rubio said so last week.
However, Project Freedom (not the cease fire) can be resumed, but it is a defensive action.
We won't take unilateral offensive action.
There is a "threshold" of Iranian action that has to be crossed first. Genearl Caine said that last week.
He said that Iran has not yet crossed the threshold, but he didn't say exactly what that threshold is.

No deal is going to be made. It's time to start taking out their infrastructure. We need the Iranian people to be so desperate they are forced to rise up against the regime.
That won't happen at least until Trump returns from Chyna, if it happens at all.
Iran first has to cross the mysterious "threshold" that Dan Caine spoke about last week.

Trump:
"I'm going to talk face-to-face with the President of China, Xi Jinping, about Iran this week.
Iran is a very beautiful country, but there are some people running it who maybe shouldn't be there at all"
Exactly as I predicted.

I've been watching and listening. Here lately, I've lost confidence that he wants regime change, even though the regime keeps handing him reasons to eliminate them on a silver platter. He keeps finding more reasons to not act.

According to CBS, citing U.S. officials speaking on the condition of anonymity, Pakistan, a key mediator in the ongoing but stalled U.S.-Iran negotiations, allowed Iran to reposition key aircraft on their bases, likely to avoid losing them to U.S. airstrikes. Per the report, both Pakistan and Afghanistan allowed them to do this. Iran sent one of its ISR aircraft, a converted RC-130 “Saba,” and other aircraft, both military and civilian, to Pakistan’s Nur Khan Air Force Base in the early days of the war.

Would be a shame if one the many tribes in those countries decided to carry out an attack on those planes.

Pakistan and Afghanistan are in active conflict with each other right now. Bullets are flying.

It's felt like Trump has been getting played by Pakistan throughout this process for awhile too, especially when Trump's deadline would expire and due to the request of the Pakistani mediators he would move the goalpost.
