IRAN DEAL WARNING: CLOSE EVERY PATH TO 200 BOMBS

Experts are warning the Trump administration that any new Iran deal cannot focus only on uranium enrichment.

It must also address Iran’s possible plutonium pathway to a nuclear bomb.

The concern centers on nuclear facilities like Bushehr and Arak, where gaps in monitoring could allow Tehran to exploit spent fuel or rebuild infrastructure tied to plutonium production.

One expert warned Iran may have enough plutonium for more than 200 nuclear bombs if the material were diverted and processed.

Those tankers the US attacked and set on fire....I bet IRGC was using them to launch drones and missles from. That's why they be complaining.

Or possibly being used to store oil. They have been pulling old rust buckets out of storage trying to avoid shutting down their wells.

Even if Iran agreed to give up the uranium, we would not allow it to go to Russia, as we know they would turn right around and smuggle it back to the regime immediately.

Letting them drag their balls over every deadline makes them feel like they have legit leverage. Every time they don't reply or come to terms, you need hit the frick out of something or someone important and obliterate it/them. We have let these dirt bags survive this operation for far too long IMO.

First off, NOTHING any govt official's word can be trusted. Not because they are necessarily bad or untrustworthy, but because we are at war and any public statements are designed as they should be to be heard by the enemy.

This is my take on things as they stand right now.

Trump is receiving input from ME countries to end the IRGC. Politics and not military decisions have helped steer his decision making.

IF you plan to wipe out the IRGC and install the Shaw to power you do not want to destroy the power grid. You do not want to hurt the citizens that are have been trying to topple the regime.

You do not want the wells to shut. As that would only create lasting global affects on the price of oil for a couple of years at least.

If on the other hand you don't expect the Shaw to be taking power then destroying the entire country of Iran by destroying their ability to be prosperous is a good thing as it diminishes their ability to support Hamas, Yemen terrorist, Lebanon terrorist etc. !

Trumps words and actions suggest the later.

Hopefully Trump feels like his had is forced and starts kicking arse again. Or all of this delay is only to orchestrate an overthrow from within (gets assets in place, train them, arm them.

If we keep letting the Mullahs and the IRGC to drag things out, I fear this is exactly what is going to happen. I would not be surprised that is actually what those religious zealots want. That is, knowing their time is up, they are willing to burn everything down that they can and letting those wells shut down is a final "screw you" to the world on their way out.

At least that is how it appears to be playing out to me right now anyways. The Iranian people won't have shite to work with once we end the Islamic Republic.

Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, affiliated with the IRGC, reports that Iran has proposed a three-stage plan to impose fees on submarine fiber-optic internet cables passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

According to the report, these cables carry financial transactions worth over $10 trillion daily, including SWIFT messages, stock exchange trading, and currency transfers.

The agency added that Iran bases this on what it describes as its “sovereignty” over the seabed and water column in the Strait of Hormuz under Article 34 of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, and proposes:

1- Imposing fees on foreign companies for issuing initial permits and renewing them annually, requiring major companies such as Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft to comply with Iranian regulations.

2- Granting Iranian companies exclusive rights to maintain and repair these cables.
