According to IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting) News, the Iranian Navy had conducted a special operation to seize an "offending tanker" named "OCEAN KOI" for attempting to export Iranian oil.
Why would the Iraniian Navy seize a ship exporting Iranian oil?

Regardless of who is at fault (congress or Trump) this war started off going well and then we quit. We didn't get beat, we didn't get a bloody nose. We had victory over the IRGC and then we simply threw in the towel.
Best case scenario now is Iran does something that pushes us over the edge and forces us to finish the job.
Even in the best case scenario, we will now have to bomb shite for a second time that we allowed them to rebuild and dig out. Oil prices have remained for an extra month needlessly. That is BEST case.
What will happen if the IRGC continues on? How many citizen will be hunted down and murdered. Will a middle east country ever side with the USA again? I doubt it. Iran will remain an emboldened terrorist organization. Congrats to whichever dip shite is responsible for stopping half way in.
Couldn't even do a simple job of sending arms to the people of Iran. Freaking awesome.

Again it’s a massive failure if we leave the irgc in control.

"What is the world going to do about that? Is the world going to accept that Iran now controls an international waterway? Because if the world is prepared to accept that, then be ready!"
"Because there's like 10 other countries that are going to start doing the same thing in their international waterways or in international waterways near their countries."

Regime change is probably not happening without boots on the ground.
So we’ll get a peace agreement that includes Iran to stop their enrichment program for 10-15 years.
And we’ll unfreeze their assets (don’t know how much $$).

Ridiculous. Might as well just send them another plane full of cash and bend over.

"I mean, that's how much clearer can you be than that? If you are a missile-launching guy, whatever they call that job, and you're sitting there and you fire a missile at the United States and we saw you fire it, we're gonna hit you."
"Of course we are. Who doesn't do that? Unless you want to get your ship sunk. I mean, we're not gonna let our ships get sunk by the Iranians with their little, you know, their drones that they're firing."
"You know, they don't have a Navy anymore, but they bring out these little Boston whaler fishing boats and they try to swarm you. We're gonna blow those boats up if they're coming towards our boats."
"I don't know if that's a red line, but I hope they know it is by now!"

"We imposed them yesterday, and we're going to be doing MORE, by the way."
"This is a holding company set up by generals in Cuba that has generated billions of dollars of revenue, none of which benefits the Cuban people."
"Not one CENT of it benefits the Cuban people. You understand this, right? I don't know if you know this. There's the Cuban government, and they have a budget."
"And then there's this private company that has MORE money than the government does."
"None of the money in that company goes to build a single road, a single bridge, provide a single grain of rice to a single Cuban, other than the people that are part of the company."
"So that's what we're sanctioning, is a company that basically is taking anything that makes money in Cuba and illegally putting it into the pockets of a few regime insiders!"

Iran’s foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said on Friday that Tehran was still reviewing the US proposal aimed at ending the conflict and would announce its position once a final decision was made.
“Regarding the negotiations, the proposal is under review and once we reach a final conclusion, we will certainly announce it,” Baghaei told Tasnim news agency.
Referring to overnight exchanges of fire, Baghaei said Iran remained “nominally in a ceasefire situation,” adding that the country’s armed forces were closely monitoring developments and would respond “with full force to any aggression or adventurism.”

Because they are overzealous, violent morons is why. The ship probably had it's transponder turned off as it is a sanctioned vessel and was probably trying to avoid detection and they pounced on it. It turns out it is a Chinese vessel just like the one they attacked and set on fire on Monday.
This is what generations of cousin marriage creates, inbred, violent morons who happen to be in charge of a huge country via violence and intimidation.

The US Navy disabled two additional oil tankers attempting to breach the blockade of Iran’s Islamist Terror Regime.
An F/A-18 Super Hornet from the USS Abraham Lincoln carrier disabled both M/T Sea Star III and M/T Sevda with precision strikes prior to the ships reaching an Iranian port.

Good thing there are millions of boots already on the ground in Iran. Why have we not sent them arms?

Why haven't we sent them arms?
Because, the Mossad and CIA are incompetent when it REALLY matters.
