My brothers and sisters, citizens of Israel, just an hour ago, Israel and the United States embarked on an operation to remove the existential threat posed by the terrorist regime in Iran.
I thank our great friend, President Donald Trump, for his historic leadership.

That on its own is not enough to claim the President has violated the Constitution and War Powers Act.
However, if it is, and the President is indeed a war criminal, then every president since 1973 is most likely also a war criminal.
