When Trump says stuff like this, Iran always takes the challenge. They will fire missiles into every other Gulf state until the leaders of those other countries instruct Trump to stop. and Trump will stop. We have seen this movie several times. He should have learned by now to NOT issue challenges.

You make a fine argument that they were incompetent. Missing from your argument is any evidence that the French were more cowardly than the English would have been if Dunkirk had been their western shore.
