Hezbollah is rejecting the ceasefire agreements signed by Lebanon and Israel yesterday. I know shocking right?
It never made sense, flying Lebanese government reps in to meet with the Israelis to discuss peace. Hezbollah has never recognized the authority of the Lebanese government to control it, and the Lebanese government can't control — nor speak for — Hezbollah. It was dumb and pointless, but the charade played on.

Are you saying that the Democrats are the reason Trump is not prosecuting this war in an aggressive fashion? Is that where we are now?
Dumbass GWB was able to convince Democrats to support his dubious invasion of Iraq based on claims of some mythical WMD.
Now, Iran is openly admitting to Trump's negotiators that they have 1000 lbs of 60% enriched uranium, but Trump, the 4D chess-playing deal-maker, can't convince Democrats, and even a few Pubs, to support his war with Iran.

Trump is scared the IRGC will kill his children after the supposed attempt on his daughter. Ever since this has come out, he keeps saying we are close to a deal. Only deal he wants is his children safe!

The dems, the UN and pretty much everyone at the time believed Saddam had WMDs at the time. Killing a few thousand Kurds with poison gas underscored that belief.
Saddam was largely bluffing and he bet his life on his bluff.

lol, we hear this every 4-5 days. Empty threats. The kinetic phase of this war is over. The strategy now appears to be let the sanctions/blockade choke their economy for several more weeks/months to get a more favorable deal.

While I tend to agree with the empty threat thing, he has not said to them directly during the ceasefire "Deal now or we will strike" This is a slight shift in tone from Trump. Before it was kind of vague references of "or else" etc..
But judging by how he has been "negotiating" lately, I wouldn't be surprised if the uptick in threats and all the travel warnings being issued are just a new level in his threat matrix. Guess we will have to see.

Hell, at this point we are just as likely to get a truth social post from Donald saying that he never said that and the reports are fake news.

As I recall the climate back then, GWB did not spend 24/7 publicly accusing Democrats of treason for anything and everything. Trump has made it exceedingly clear that he does not want anyone on his side who isn't subservient to him. That makes it very difficult to build a coalition.
But despite that, if Trump went to Congress with an actual plan and a specific request for authorization, he could pull several democrats in to support the action, especially in light of Iran's hostilities in the Strait of Hormuz and the bombing of neighboring allied nations. No one wants the energy markets to collapse for lack of supply.
In order to get it done, Trump would have to come forward respectfully and actually ask for support. Trump will never do it because he is a narcissist, but if he did, he could get a specific authorization passed.

Why do you democrats always accuse the other side of doing what you do?
Trump is a literal Nazi and a direct threat to democracy according to team democrat since 2015
