Franks is full of shite. Otherwise he would release his full analysis for review. That video is actually pretty damning in his own admisssions

Look up the psychological profile of trolls. Here is one study that concluded trolls reflect the characteristics of “sadism, psychopathy, and Machiavellianism.”

Multiple studies out there on trolls if you do a little googling.

They can't be cured. You can argue with them all day long but it is like wrestling with pigs in a pigsty. You end up covered in mud and shite while they are in hog heaven.

And bear in mind, there are troll farms. People paid to work a message. Their job is to waste your time. Anybody remember that leaked email to Podesta from Soros in which Soros specifically donated money for democratic troll farms. You have a life and limited time. They are making money for 8 hours of work. They do not discuss in good faith. You only waste your time giving them attention.

Ignore trolls, report trolls, don't waste your time on trolls.
