Ok, I'll take a shot at this, even though I doubt it will help. Here is a screeshot of one of the downloaded files that the attendees were given today in the breakout sessions. It's literally a list of IP addresses, and a number. That's it. There is no data to interpret, there is no explanation of what it is. Just a list of IP addresses.
Are they Chinese IP addresses? Yes. But does this mean anything beyond somebody put together a list of Chinese IP addresses? Who knows.
