There's no reason for him to have to look if
1. He truly heard those words on the call
2. Testified already to them
3. he was def preped by his lawyers for this.
Even if you give him a little forgiveness for not remembering....his body language told us all we need to know.

I should have recorded either MSNBC or CNN on each day of these hearings to see how much they edited, contorted and twisted the full hearings.
