Yeah, that's what I figured.
It's really not my fault that you don't understand the usage of a word, and I have to point it out to you in the most easily searchable database humanity has ever created.
Maybe next time you should learn about big words before you start pretending to know what they do and don't mean when used in a sentence. Save us all some time?

Gladly, once you answer mine. They're dependent.

I'm not looking to assign blame. I'm just pointing out that you're wrong. Again.

No they aren't. You wanted to ban firearms long before I bought up real estate in that head of yours.
Now, answer my question.

I am. You're at fault for not knowing what the word "shibboleth" means when I use it in a sentence.

They went to his house 30 times and it didn't prevent it. We know.
Going to his house and having detectives take him into custody, transport him to their office and interrogate him are not quite the same.

I think you should play a new challenging game....defend BamaSJW when she's right.

They are. Answer and you'll see why.

Excess of expected in population = epidemic. That's the only test we need to accurately say there's an epidemic of gun violence in this country
What happened to the mind reading... I have my snack... go on... what is it?

No they aren't.
I can explain again, if necessary.

Absurdly incorrect.
It's like you don't even know what words mean, either.
quote:
epidemic: The occurrence of more cases of disease than expected in a given area or among a specific group of people over a particular period of time.

No one has learned anything here. The difference is that I'm correct. Again.

Since you mistakenly overlooked my question. I'll go ahead and answer.
The reason I could buy the AR15 during the assault weapons ban is because the ban didn't deal with specific weapons. Only features.
This means the ATF didn't view the AR15 as an assault weapon. It damn sure didn't define it. And even if it did change it's definition during the 94-2004 ban, it doesn't currently hold that view which makes your entire point moot.
Do you still want to defer to the ATF for classification?
