I’m completely spitballing here, so this is probably a stupid idea.
Could Trump move the Treasury Department to a different state with more reasonable judges? Florida? Texas?
If not the Treasury, what about other departments?
Also, why would a judge have authority over the Executive Branch? The Executive Branch doesn’t have authority over the Judicial Branch..
Using this thought process, it would be like Trump issuing an EO that prohibits judges in DC from hearing any cases for 90 days, which is complete bullshite, but you gotta play dirty to beat dirty.
It’s either that or ignore the judges orders..

It will be challenged and eventually struck down.
The Marxist continuing to stand in the way of the people's will are exposing themselves and will eventually have to answer for it.

Since when did a bench judge have the power to stop the job of a presidents appointee in doing their jobs ?

Running multiple cases through the SC takes far too long
Not for ones that matter. Any of these cases interfering with Trump's mandate and causing a disruption in the governing of this nation will likely be expedited. Just look around, today's a new day. The upside down world we've been living in is being turned right side up!!!

Treat this like Biden treated the USSC's ruling saying there could be no forgiveness of student loans. Ignore it

You think the law doesn’t support the Secretary of Treasury looking at Treasury systems and payments?
Sounds like the makings of an amazing opening statement.

How can a political hack judge use his power to prevent the work of the American people from being done? It's time to start mocking and ignoring these corrupt sonsabitches.

Apparently it is limited to Treasury, so the autists can just hit any and all other departments while this works it's way to an inevitable overturn by the SC.
Of course they will likely try the same tactic elsewhere, but just keep hitting.

You don’t have to wait for the courts to affirm you have the right to breathe to breathe.

Why doesn’t some Fhead judge just rule that Trump has no authority?
There’s no reason to abide by any of these judges, might as well let the constitutional crisis happen, because that’s where it’s headed anyway

Yes. Is this a legitimate example of a judge examining the law and making a ruling?
It is not. frick off. No one is listening to your bullshite.

Trump should pull a Biden and pardon the Doge team from crimes they haven’t been charged with yet and tell them to roll on. Lol

If we need laws then we need judges.
If we can’t agree on that then no need to discuss further.
