They should give every teacher who qualifies for reparations a $25k raise and then deduct money from all of the remaining school district employees to cover the cost.
So if 20% of the district employees qualify they get a raise of $25k/year. The other 80% get a $6250 pay cut.
I mean, if they feel so strongly about it that they are willing to strike, they should be willing to contribute...

I can only imagine the trash kids are taught there and the woke, victim, everyone owes you, mentality. All the poison trickling down to the children.

Would bet everything I own and will ever own, that in those classrooms.. in any context, Black is capitalized and white is forever stuck in lowercase

We were very involved in the formation of a charter school and saw it grow from 150 students to about 3,000. One thing we noticed is that the teachers, as a whole, frequently reflected the age group they were teaching.
k-5 all got along, like puppies
6-8 started getting bitchy and full of rumors
9-12 pretty much like high school. No more fights over silly stuff like the middle school, but lots of scheming and jockeying for position.
Now overall we had a very good staff and everybody, principal included, had one year contracts so problem children could be let go. But the the extent that there were issues among the teachers, that's what they looked like more often than not.
