Every Christmas party I’ve ever been to, the drunkest people there are some recently divorced woman wilding out and hanging on a guy.

I experienced nearly this exact thing while in the military.
I was part of a parade and in the parade were the University of Tennessee cheerleaders. Another Soldier pointed the out to me and, we both took notice. That's literally all we did. We said nothing. Just sort of did that head nod "hmm" face of approval.
2 days later, the Soldier and myself were pulled in to the COs office because two females complained and I quote, "checking out women like that sends a message that we only value women for their looks and don't respect female co-workers who aren't good looking".
Fast forward a month. There is a unit picnic and a DJ was hired. DJ is a young man who is basically chiseled. About 5'10", 200, not an ounce of fat on the dude. It's a summer day and, he takes his shirt off half way through the picnic.
SAME TWO females who complained are sitting at a table and, I along with a couple of other guys are nearby. What do we hear? These two females talking non-stop about the DJ and just trust and believe, their conversation ran to the XXX in vivid detail.
The entire "omighod he harassed" me shite is nothing but a hammer to be used by women in the workforce. No truly mature female can't handle a dude who happens to find them attractive. No truly mature female is offended by you noticing a hot girl. And, no truly mature female is immune from doing the exact same shite that would be called harassment if a male did it.
