If that is true then the military should be sent with Ice and every single person that tries this should be hunted down and charged with treason. This should be punishable by death because our constitution says to defend from enemies foreign and domestic. This is a force actively training to attack federal law enforcement.

The first two points are salient. Numbers 3 and 4 are not - at least not to your narrative. First, 1% is remarkably low. Great job, ICE. Second, ICE is more active this year than in recent decades, so with the same tactics and efficiency, one would expect more to die in custody this year. Meaningless.
