No...but it might be stopped by four of them. If Trump is the one who is appealing to SCOTUS, he may lose. Hey, I'm not agreeing with the lib judge. I'm just saying that until Trump gets his guy on the court, he may not win this one.

This is honestly a good thing. I agree with the basis of the EO and will defend it, but people with legit reasons and visas/green cards need to be allowed in. It needs to be tweaked.
