proffering allegations
A proffer is not worth the paper it's written on, almost literally. There's only 1 original copy and nothing ever comes of it unless RICO can be leveraged which probably wouldn't apply in fat Tish's case. I watched enough Cocaine Cowboys' episodes with Willie and Sal to know a proffer is worthless.

Mortgage fraud is a serious felony punishable by up to 30 years in federal prison, fines up to $1 million, and mandatory restitution, particularly when involving federally insured lenders. While maximum penalties are severe, actual sentencing varies, with an average federal prison term of roughly 14–28 months.

Jesus Christ dude.
They aren’t investigating her for mortgage fraud.
It’s now “insurance fraud”, as they’re deterring whether she used primary or secondary residence on her application.
Congrats on using AI to show you’re dim.

We shouldn’t applaud this, just as we shouldn’t have applauded her persecution of Trump.
I get what you are saying, but you are 100% wrong here. Liberals do these things all the time because there are no consequences for them. As the saying goes, "what's good for the goose, is good for the gander". She made the bed, now she gets to lie in it. For some reason, we have dismissed the idea that a reckoning must happen to all those that cause harm. That is foolish and not indicative of a proper functioning society.

The same goes for Trump's supposed "43 felonies". The "victim" of the crime that James concocted refused to press charges.
So even if what you claim is correct, that noone is ever jailed for this, so what. Neither was for Trump, but at some point, vengeance is due. For all that the left apparatus has tried to do and done to Trump and his family, by all rationale he's owed his pound of flesh.

Nowhere in your link did it say that the guilty party checked primary vs secondary on their home insurance application.

Declaration of a primary residence vs secondary residence is a nothingburger.
