Serious question, what can be done to start exposing the liberal idiots controlling the benches in America?
Pulling back federal funds is probably the only play other than DOJ investigations. Activist judges are a really big issue in this country, I don't think there is an easy solution. This is a parasite that will kill the host willingly if it feels threatened.

Democrats putting in work to destroy the country, shocker.

I presume these are state judges?

Pelican Brief time....

100% serious when I say the judges should be shipped out on the same boat with the Somalis.

It's time to start arresting and prosecuting blatantly activist judges... or at the very least, booting them from the bench and disbarring them.

Thats odd. Normally it's Trump that lets criminals walk free after defrauding people. I wonder if there were extenuating circumstances?
quote:
President Donald Trump has pardoned multiple individuals convicted of defrauding the U.S., including those involved in Ponzi schemes, tax fraud, and other financial crimes, often after receiving large political donations or facing pressure from allies, significantly wiping out large restitution amounts owed to victims, like in the cases of Jason Galanis, Paul Walczak, Todd and Julie Chrisley, Eliyahu Weinstein, and Changpeng Zhao (Binance). These pardons have drawn criticism for rewarding political loyalty and undermining financial accountability for white-collar criminals, differing from typical pardon processes.
Key Examples of Fraudsters Pardoned:
Jason Galanis: A "serial fraudster" for an $80 million pension fund fraud, his pardon erased $84.4 million in restitution.
Paul Walczak: A tax criminal who withheld over $10 million from employees, pardoned after his mother donated $1 million to Trump.
Todd and Julie Chrisley: Reality TV stars convicted of tax fraud and evasion, pardoned, relieving them of over $22 million in victim restitution.
Eliyahu Weinstein: Pardoned for a Ponzi scheme, he was later re-indicted and sentenced to 37 years for further fraud while on release.
Changpeng Zhao (Binance): The founder of the crypto exchange Binance, pleaded guilty to money laundering charges and was pardoned after four months in prison.

Medicaid fraud and covid fraud should be federal offenses.

First you post:
First off, excellent whataboutism! Top notch. Completely off topic, way out in left field, and a window into extreme TDS.
Second, in the veeeery next sentence, you post:
Absolute chefs kiss. A+.

Okay, so I'm just as disgusted by this as the next guy. If it were up to me, ICE would be stationed in Minneapolis until an exhaustive search was needed to find a single Somali.
That said, is the problem here anything to do with the actual law? In other words, just because something seems messed up, doesn't necessarily mean it's illegal. We have plenty enough evidence to suggest that many judges are corrupt and plenty of smoke to suggest that an entire community of immigrants are up to no good. But I'm not one to automatically blame the judge.
What I don't understand however, is that if a jury found them guilty, how can a judge dismiss the charges? Whatever evidence the jury heard, if it were improper or incorrect, then that should have been hashed out during the hearing. No?

Your ideological brethren think a person's skin color/ethnicity alone makes them worthy of a pardon. Spare us your moral outrage.

Time for the DOJ to go after them then...
