I wish someone would say out loud that the dems are saying it is a judges duty to stay out of politics and against bringing their own assessment. That RBG made very public statements about politics and Trump breaking her canon laws...

Shorter Hirono: You can't overturn previous court decisions like Roe (even though Casey is the operative opinion) but also Heller is horrible and you have to overturn the court opinions from the "conservative majority."

Tells you how little senators prepare their work, they are on national TV and they have not even read the notes all their aides prepared for them to read....just to read, obviously none of them have actually made notes.
Can you imagine how they conduct the rest of their jobs if this is what they put forth on national TV.
