DiFi overly polite today to ACB, perhaps setting the stage for the dims to get their little campaign talking points in, be polite and move on. They know that attacking ACB would be suicide. But, they still won't vote to confirm an undeniably qualified SCOTUS nominee.

This is exactly right. The left side of the committee keeps asking ACB what her position is on the left's hot button issues and they know she is not in a position to offer opinions on these issues as a circuit judge and as a candidate for SCOTUS. I love how she politely tells them repeatedly she cannot opine on that question but if you yourself want the law changed it's not the judicial branches job, it's your fricking job congress.
