I think Graham stopped short with the point he was trying to make about Roe not being considered super-precedent. He should've started by saying there is no public push and no legislation out there to reverse the decision in Brown and then continued talking about the legislative and public belief challenges to Roe.

These assholes keep asking her questions about how she would rule on certain issues. I've lost count of how many times she's had to remind them that she can't answer that particular question.
Apparently, the Ds need a refresher that these confirmation hearings are designed to evaluate the candidate's fitness for SCOTUS, not their political alignment.
