I’d be willing to bet that 99.99% of truckers in this country are not English.

Most play games with insurance on the trucks. They get a policy for one truck but have dozens operating across the country. Trump has a lot of problems to clean up within the federal DOT.

Oh 100%. My wife works for a company that specializes in long haul trucking insurance and the shady shite she’s seen over the years these guys pull is insane.

Driver should instantly get the death penalty including the person(s) who gave this illegal a fake driver's license.

what sign could have prevented that crash?

how did this accident have anything to do with language skills? Drivers that read kanji or Portuguese or Spanish are more likely to fall asleep?
These people aren't actually being trained. These non-English speakers go to driving schools run by foreigners who just give them licenses even though they don't speak enough English to pass the tests.
It's cause and effect.

Here's an idea.......instead of acquiring language skills, how about road markers?
Another idea would be to hire quality drivers. Not dirt cheap unqualified shitbags who dgaf.

Man, where the hell do you think you are? We might be coonasses. We might be rednecks. We might even just be normal middle class guys who don’t want our country to go to shite, like the left craves. But we are NOT goddamn hillbillies.

How about a big arse sign that says " Illegal for non-English speakers/ readers to operate commercial vehicles!"?

I was born in WV and grew up in VA in the Appalachians. I’ll take the hillbilly moniker gladly.

How about the “construction zone ahead” sign.

where's that in the video?
i don't see it but maybe i'm missing it

Watch again. The truck was in a work zone as evidenced by the single travel lane and temporary concrete barrier dividing the road.
Posted on 9/24/25 at 11:09 pm to Riverside
that's fair. no sign in the video but there probably was one up the road. but i wouldn't need to speak spanish to realize i was in a construction zone in spain. seems to me the guy just wasn't paying attention, which happens to drivers who speak any number of languages
either way that video is terrifying. not a damn thing that driver that got smashed could have done

Those dash cams in trucks only save a few seconds window of data that is constantly being deleted, except for the event of a crash or sudden hard braking. Then it will save 5 seconds before through 5 seconds after.
There is also a rearview camera filming the driver that does the same thing.
You can bet that the trucking company will fight tooth and nail to prevent that from being released.

CA doesn’t require cameras and if it’s an independent driver they likely didn’t use them.
The number of foreigners driving rigs across the country is terrifying.

Man, you said it. I think we all agree on this board that we hate foreigners. But think of all the blacks, Jews and women driving trucks as well. It's bad enough we allowed them to drive NASCAR.
