There has been speculation that most NKs nuclear scientists were killed in that collapse.
The number killed is guestimated at around 200 nuke scientists.

CIA or Japan probably had a hand in the nuke mountain collapsing or it could be another NK and/or China lie. North Korea has to have more than one test site. Kim maybe crazy but he is not stupid.

I believe U.S. satellite footage sdemonstrated that their mountain was failing from the testing shortly before they sent the unarmed ICBM over Guam but I cannot currently substantiate that.
