Of all the things which are major problems in the US at this point, the lack of a free press has to be #1. We just can not function if the 1st Amendment protected media are acting as propaganda wings for their respective political parties. And obviously, it's skewed almost entirely to the left...but the reason Fox even exists is to offer the "rights" version they were not getting from every where else. There is virtually ZERO independent media which has the goal of holding both parties accountable and informing the American people.

It's hard to argue that the Founders would have protected the media had they envisioned this.
