I've been saying our economy is fake. I'm to the point that I believe it collapses overnight if the fraud is frozen. It's what is keeping any type of money velocity going.

There is nothing left to expose. The scam is known, even brought to light initially by the government's own watchdogs. The government has policies and systems in place that are more than adequate to prevent and catch this type of fraud, but it doesn't want to do that. This is by design, and California is far from the only state with the problem, they've just facilitated an environment that makes it easier and allows it to be more prolific.
