The older Boomer MAGA types simply do not understand what is occurring. They get their echo chamber news and see NF said to vote DEM and eat up the NPC spin and it's just a DEM op. They refuse to look any further because it would reveal lots of uncomfortable truths they automatically shrug off.

This new counterculture is both anti - left and anti- Boomer right.

compared to a lot of stuff on the internet, he's not that nihilistic or "dark". he hates violence and tells his followers to get educated, have a good career, etc. he's not a full on black pill person.

I understand this but I also think NF is as bad for the overall conservative movement as the extreme left groups are for the moderate left.
Years ago, this guy would have been viewed as the second coming of David Duke, but now he is accepted by many.
Of course, the other side of that is that maybe he is so accepted because of how extreme the left has become.
As someone closer to the middle than I am to the far right, I don't see how NF being influential is helpful and I am clearly not alone.
Maybe it is an age thing because NFs following all seem to be under 30 white males who feel left behind and see the American dream as dead.

He is just the tip of the iceberg and the real movers and shakers are much darker. We just don't see a lot of that stuff posted here for a variety of reasons, but a few of our former regular posters were already in that culture before they stopped posting. Fox Mulder and caplewood could likely educate us on the current state of the real movement.

Problem is that he's milquetoast comparatively. If he gets exposed or removed, it's going to further drive his fans into the scarier, darker realms of the movement, and even worse people are going to become faces in popular.
This is a major societal problem that cannot be solved by removing the faces. People have to figure out a way to give young men hope, because millions upon millions currently have none.

What I don't get is the Jew hate and I say that as someone who hates how Jews abuse "antisemitism" and have harped on that for years here pointing out they are not a race despite many being brainwashed into thinking they are.
We really need to steer men back to trades but even that gets opposed. For example, LA is trying to make it easier to obtain a plumber's license, but all of the old plumbers in the state are opposing the bill that is moving through Baton Rouge right now. The gatekeeping of trades has to stop. The forcing of getting licensed for everything, even flower arranging, are more barriers that needs to fall.

Well that's the darker stuff
They let people dip their toes in with a Fuentes, knowing many will get marginalized further, then they'll seek solace deeper down the rabbit hole.
That's the problem with these NPC talking points about this SPLC story. Doing that allows these bad actors the space they need to keep this really bad and vile shite growing. These assholes need to be exposed publicly and we shouldn't be permitting a way for them to hide and grow.

I lean that he is accepted by many because of how the left has become. When you shove illegals and trans surgery into a movement and you attack young white guys they aren’t going to take that well. I do agree with SFP it’s not strictly anti left as they also don’t like a lot of the boomer rights positioning because it’s a horrible position for them.
The left running so far left and to crazy stuff creates the fuel source for the right to push right. The dangerous game is this pendulum keeps going further back. Something will have to diffuse it or it’s going to go too far. For now most people are comfortable but I do think that changes at somepoint unless something is done to diffuse it. The problem is boomer rights positioning right and others on the right are eating at the foreign money trough same as the left. They are all very fat pigs currently and at some point they become hogs.
