The people who run the nfl are so naive. The whole notion of a “black national anthem” in and of itself is racist. Why would a people group in America need a separate anthem? The purpose of a “national anthem” is to unite a country within a unifying set of ideals, not to divide them into different sects of color and classes.

I saw every playoff game between 1978 and the Rams being given the game a few years ago. The 70s and 80s were great. They ruined it with fixing games and shiiity politics.

I gave up my season tix I had since 1997, but I'm wondering,, will people be asked to stand for the playing? What if you don't?

I opted out last season thinking a lot of this political bullshite would settle down. frick this, I am not going to stand for the BLNA and will try to sell my tickets.

I hate this. It was pretty easy to not watch last year. It’ll be easy to not watch again this year. The part that sucks is, I grew up with sports being a big part of my life. Both playing in my youth and being a huge fan of college and nfl football. Always saw myself sharing the same types of moments with my kids that I shared with my dad going to games, watching on tv together, etc. This bullshite social justice stuff is taking that away from so many of us. I can do without the NFL. But this will absolutely trickle down into college football and ultimately LSU football. I can’t knowingly bring my boys into a stadium and purposely subject them to this bullshite. I hope this all goes away soon, but I don’t see it happening. We are too far gone and not enough people will speak with their wallets.

I am entirely done with any professional, college or Olympic sports.
We live in a country that pays oversized half-wits to throw a ball around and make millions and they crap on it and demand separatist anthems. Screw them, screw their corporate overlords and screw their stupid game.
Take a look around, geniuses. The kids coming up today are more interested in hunting virtual pokemons on their phone. I look forward to your collective trip back to reality.
