He didn't have to make such a bad deal to get back in. That was the larger point.

Notice they don't mind his saying the election was stolen they just don't want him doing anything to prove it.
Puffery and Trump go together like peas and carrots.

Pre- assassination? That doesn't make sense in the CT sphere.

That’s not true of you or of anyone else. Everyone operates, to some extent, on beliefs and gut feelings. Life would be unlivable if every decision started with “I think therefore I am.”
Do you think Trump is taking bribes? I do, but it can’t be proved unless he loses his laptop or something. He can always say that the airplane was for the US Air Force, or the Saudis billion dollar investment with Jared had no quid pro quo, or his fund manager made those trades on his own with no inside tariff information from Trump. Do you think Trump is innocent in all of this because it hasn’t been proved? If so, that leads us to the conclusion that you assume almost everyone on Capital Hill is honest.

We're having a discussion about the legal process. Judicial rulings are important in that specific discussion.
Naw. You’re trying to avoid the discussion by focusing on the legal rulings to sidestep the real question. Keep tap dancing. It’s woefully unimpressive.

No. I've just been waiting on the Kraken for 4.5 years, now.

The 2020 Election, Covid, and especially Jan 6 were all rigged.

I've been asking for evidence since page 1 and have kept that alive since then.
The closest response was a general comment made about Lindell having the evidence, which I did have a response to.

Once it got into a discussion of legal proceedings, legal rulings became very important, especially for claims of some level of coordinated impropriety (up to and including fraud)

You’re avoiding discussing the law by quoting the ruling. You wouldn’t allow that if you were on the other side of the argument. But you don’t have many cards to play with this particular discussion. Keep on filibustering.

"According to Wisconsin LAW, was the selective allowance of elective absentee ballots in Dane and Milwaukee Counties LEGAL?"

That's an assumption not in evidence

I certainly don't think I've ever excluded a binding precedent to promote a conspiracy theory, arguing my subjective belief in the illegitimacy of that precedent is somehow evidence for the conspiracy.

I have the ultimate trump card, apparently: requiring evidence.
Posted on 6/2/25 at 6:23 pm to NC_Tigah
See, the808bass? He's trying to manufacture an illegitimacy in the precedent as evidence of the conspiracy. That's why the actual ruling and actual precedent matters.
I'll drop it, per your requests, as the law and facts are settled on that issue. I won't engage in hopium-infused CTs on that wavelength anymore.

I won't.
You are a lawyer.
I'm someone who can recognize a dodge from miles away.
You are dodging.
The question is straightforward.
"According to Wisconsin LAW, was the selective allowance of elective absentee ballots in Dane and Milwaukee Counties LEGAL?"

If you intentionally create the voting that are impossible to check running around bragging about the fact nobody could check isn't exactly a flex

This is not how things work, my brother. "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence". What you have there is called a conspiracy theory.
I just asked a simple question.
And yet you are unable to answer it.
Pretty amazing.

The 2020 election was clearly an outlier, for various reasons. We were in the middle of a worldwide pandemic for one. We were coming off one of the most unpopular administrations ever, secondly. That's not evidence of fraud. It doesn't exclude fraud occurring on some mass scale, either, but it's certainly not evidence of fraud.
Did I say anything about fraud lawyer? No I did not. Try to pay attention.
Perhaps reread my very simple two questions and try to provide an answer.

Bill Maher had David Mamet on saying this and he got all pissy.

Because legal attitudes, like journalism, have turned to crap.
SFP was taught in law school that FACTS DON'T MATTER.
Despite the moral and ethical ramifications, in some ways that "teaching" is reasonable or at least justifiable. But where the same "teaching" becomes an excuse for unconstitutional outcome, the shark is jumped.

The FBI spent the better part of a year preparing social media platforms to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story and withheld information from the companies when they wanted to know whether or not the laptop was authentic, despite knowing the laptop was real long before the 2020 election.
This is fraud. Attempt to deceive for gain.

Fraud. Intent to deceive for gain.
