It's not a stretch to believe that a school that praised BLM and is run by a DEI POS would avoid the anthem. If this was another school, many of you would be singing a different tune.

My entire twitter feed is ate up with blue checks pointing out the LSU hates America. Even LibsOfTiktok were in on it. Just makes me re-remember that sometimes the story doesn't have to be real for it to generate clicks and that goes for both sides of the isle.
What should be found out is how many times in this tourney has a team been in the locker room for the anthem. Has Iowa never missed an anthem? Idgaf enough to try and find out all that though.

Literally 3 of the 4 schools that played last night were in locker room for anthem, none of which were for political purposes.
It's all disingenuous and comes from "conservative" news sites going for the easy clicks and social media engagement. It's lazy journalism and just as bad as the lunatics on the far left.
They knew it would be most watched women's basketball game and found some lame political point to make since stories like this always throw social media into a frenzy.

Exactly. I'd bet the vast majority of teams in both men's and women's tournaments aren't present for the anthem.
For some reason, LSU is being singled out for this now, even though there were three other rounds played before last night. It almost seems like an orchestrated attack because Mulkey dared to challenge the media.

If the shoe fits. LSU was George Floyd university, lighting up the stadium in his school colors. LSU had huge BLM banners in the stadium. LSU was the ONLY stadium to require you to have had an experimental medical procedure before entering. LSU still has an announcement before every home game about fake racism, figs and transgingers. They check all the boxes.
