Ami Horowitz goes around asking New Yorkers if the rich pay their fair share and how much they should pay, etc. Etc..
Eventually he asks them what they think the top 1% pays in terms of share of taxes and what their tax rate is and then individuals usually get it very wrong and are surprised to learn how much the rich pay vs the bottom 50%.

This is like 50% of Dems thinking a Covid diagnosis means automatic hospitalization. They’re just not very smart people, and are easily manipulated.

I've said it since I was a teenager - if we had a real media with actual journalists instead of a bunch of DNC hacks, the Dimocrap party would have been relegated to the dust bins of history since no later than 1970. And, had Nixon been a Dimocrap no one would have heard of the Watergate hotel complex and it would have changed names at least 5 times by now.

I'm convinced that 90% of the people in this country are dumb as frick. Tax the rich 90% and see where that gets you in 5-10 years. It gets you a country that is in total economic ruin. Some people are just too dumb to be trusted with money.
