If the agent who fired only saw him reach for the gun and did not see the fun being removed while retreating, the fact that it was removed does not matter. You can bitch and moan all day, but legally he is just fine. It’s the totality of the circumstance.

Nothing more needs to be said than this, and quite honestly there would probably need to be a full blown trial before a jury to make a decision on this. It’s on video and you can’t even tell.

Im well aware that optics dont mean anything legally and you can't say clearly justified yet, at the very best its muddy to slightly clear right now because theres information missing that will clear it up and point one way or the other. Like who's gun was the guy carrying off, was there a second gun, what were the guys hands doing because you can't see them in either video really, none of those have been answered concretely.

what makes discourse impossible are people inventing a reality that does not conform to the actual videos from the scene. The guy was helping two women that were being maced, and after trying to help one up from the ground, was pulled backwards and beaten, disarmed, and shot. There was no reaching for his gun.
