Yes there has been a full investigation and proved what you think is true….I mean how do you know that agent was holding the suspects weapon other than you think? Do you think this smooth brain carcass might have had another weapon? Yet you definitively declare it is “not a good shoot” as if you have any idea what you are talking?

So the guy wasn't merely resisting arrest. He was actively assaulting one of the agents. I still couldn't tell if he grabbed his pistol or not, but man, if you're assaulting an officer and in the melee they discover you are carrying a pistol you're going to get shot.

If the suspect had another weapon you could bet your arse they would have been mentioning that fact. This is basic logic. Again, bad shoot, and the longer it takes you guys to realize that the more idiotic you appear to be.

Because this is America and it's his right. He could have rolled up on that scene with a wheelbarrow full of ammo and still been well within his constitutional rights.
