Ignore the treasonous democrats. These are the people that were handing out generous taxpayer funded benefits to foreign invaders (aka illegal aliens).
Our soldiers, sailors, and airman are putting their lives on the line for us. With the death of those seven brave serviceman in Iran we're reminded that war is a dangerous business.
Nothing is too good for our armed services people.

This is truly laughable.
Showed a couple others, they laughed as well.
Did either of them serve? The military has its bureaucracy just like any other government agency.
Don't confuse effective with efficient.

Speaking of EBT, I was standing in line at my favorite little crawfish place in my neighborhood a few years ago, and I was surprised to see there were about 20 people in line in front of me all getting large amounts of boiled crawfish and shrimp. Then I saw them start whipping out their EBT cards spending way more than I had budgeted. I paid cash for 10 lbs of crawfish and a few potatoes
It disgusted me to see all those people wasting the money meant to feed their families
I don’t believe that you should be able to buy hot meals with EBT

I thought this was common around the end of the fiscal year due to the "use it or lose it" aspect of federal budgets?

The issue here is the "use it or lose it" mentality at the end of a fiscal year. If a department doesn't spend allocated funds, they go back into the general fund. This isn't the first time, and both parties do it. Departments would rather spend a lot of money on shite they don't need, rather than see the money go back.

This is not new. I served under democrat Presidents and every Friday in the aor is steak and lobster day. Also it was only when we were deployed. We didnt have steak and lobster day at home station.

When I was stationed at the Seabee base in Port Hueneme California we had choice of steak or lobster every Friday. Most Navy bases had pretty good food but that one was the best I ever ate at.
Later on I came to believe that most bases got steaks but the senior enlisted in charge of the chow halls stole them. When I was in Iceland I was at the public works department, the 1st class petty officer in charge of the parts dept traded a set of Navy tires to a senior enlisted from the chow hall for two cases of steaks.Meanwhile we had 10 Navy pickups on blocks for lack of tires.
We were never served steaks at that chow hall.
