just my 2cents but just b/c authorities are saying they don't have a suspect doesn't mean they are telling the truth.

It's interesting the family waited 3 days to make a public statement but that's probably LE's doing. Also interesting Anne's husband wasn't in the video. You'd think if he was in the clear he'd be present for appearance, moral support etc. There probably has been ransom letters but why would they go to TMZ or CBS? That's likely something to throw off the investigation if true , or just a random wacko entertaining himself. With Savannah saying they're willing to talk about ransom, LE is just covering all bases, just in case. If ransom was the case, the public wouldn't necessarily be told right now but most likely talks would have already been underway and Savannah would of had no reason to bring that up 3 days later. Sounds like wishful thinking on her part her moms alive and money will get her back.

I also thought and heard echo'd Anne seemed a little odd in the vid. But everyone reacts different under duress. My guess is the son in law and possibly even Anne was behind it but LE has to build their case and find motive so all these smoke screens go up . Based on what we know so far I'd predict if it was 1 of them or both the motive was anger over money or last will , or some sort of insurance policy to collect if they are going broke and 85 is often a cut off age where the limits would shrink or not be obtainable at all. I wonder what Anne and husband financial situation is. I would imagine they are probably jealous of Savannah

Who has to read a note to let people know how you feel about your mom? Just how sick is this Savannah Guthrie?

Unfortunately, this seems to be conistent whenever money is involved within families....regardless of political stripe.

I have seen personally and have been shocked at the depths people will go when potential gain or loss is involved.

The human condition can be nasty.

Lawd, I am interested but not an update every few hours like women and soy boys.
