Old old money will always protect itself through policy and regulation. The politician and prostitute have much more in common than the letter "p"!!

Explain the process.

quote:

identifies illegal immigrants is through databases shared between local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. For instance, when an individual is arrested, their fingerprints may be checked against both federal criminal databases and immigration records. This data sharing allows ICE to flag individuals who might be deportable.

quote:

When local or state law enforcement agencies, such as jails or prisons, identify a person who may be removable, they can place an immigration detainer on that individual. A detainer is essentially a request for the law enforcement agency to notify ICE before releasing the individual, allowing ICE to take custody of the person and move forward with deportation proceedings. This action helps to keep the individual in a secure setting until ICE can make its move.

The rule makers, the extremely rich, knew allowing women to vote would solve all of their problems.

The problem is women have been exempted from the pain men feel for committing shitty acts.

Treating women like "princesses" has led us here. They can say or do anything and not get their face punched in.

Regardless of how shitty they act, we accept them. Thats why they fall for shite like BLM.

Aren't traffic crimes civil crimes

No.

They are civil violations. There's not such thing as a "civil crime"

Traffic crimes are considered criminal offenses

Not in Louisiana, at least not most of them.

It's why years ago the speeding camera tickets were thrown out. They were trying to impose a civil penalty for a criminal offense and it was deemed in violation of the city charter.

It's both criminal and civil. Most federal agencies have civil penalties to resolve issues for example the IRS. It's difficult for agents to get the US Attorney to take cases where there is comparable civil remedies.

Homeland Security enforces the civil aspect because it's less costly and easier to Imagine the cost to the taxpayers for imprisonment. Imagine the cost to keep over 20k illegals in jail. You also have 4th Amendment rights with criminal cases.

The civil remedy enacted by Congress is removal from the United States. It is a civil procedure that can be done by summary judgment. The facts are easy to prove and not disputable. Illegals are not granted the same due process as a criminal case. Civil cases are administered in Immigration Courts not District Courts.

Sounds like she is just going to let them go and not inform ICE. Shame she had to politicize the public's safety.

Lol it's not civil. It's criminal.

Unauthorized entry/re-entry: Crossing the border without authorization or re-entering after a deportation order are specific actions that can lead to federal criminal charges.

Build some tent prisons like they use during Mardi Gras, and put the Bayou Classic revelers that inevitably get arrested in there. As for the illegals, surely some of the cages Obama used for them are still around.
