No. It is clearly an act of terrorism.
My argument is that the FBI reacting poorly to Latoya Cantrell fricking up a press conference does not mean that there is now some conspiracy or the FBI ever actually believed that this was not terrorism.

One FBI spokesperson said that twelve hours ago, and it was clarified and corrected since.
Many people are pretending that they think the FBI is still saying its not a terrorist attack, though.

I saw the video of that women. She is obviously a moron. My guess is that the FBI hadn’t classified it as terrorism, and that’s what she meant. That’s a far cry from it actually not being terrorism.
