This was posted on their Facebook page. I’m guessing radical left democrats in New Orleans threatened the owners and they caved.

“ Dear Followers & Members of our Community
We recently agreed to host a public event at our brewery but were regrettably unaware of the nature of the event. When advertisements for the event were brought to our attention, we informed the host that we will no longer be able to offer Second Line Brewing as a venue.
Operating a neighborhood brewery for the last 9 years is more than just making beer, it’s about celebrating and supporting our community. As a women-veteran-minority-owned business, we stand committed to promoting the principles of diversity, inclusion and equality.
In this situation, we did not uphold these values, and for that, we are deeply sorry. We promise to do better at vetting future events and are committed to upholding the values we hold dear.
Sincerely,
Second Line Brewing

A beer company taking sides on morality is up there with Playboy kicking off Mia Khalifa over support of Hamas.

They didn’t uphold diversity, inclusion and equality by allowing christians to hold an event. That tells you what DIE is all about.

Doubt the "vettting" would apply to organizations that support killing police officers, riots and hatred of jews like Black Lives Matter.
frick 'em. I hope they go out of business.

LEFTISM is firmly in control of the American major metroplexes and cities!
It took only about 60 years. God only knows what the vaunted USA will look like in another 60 years.
Sad.

Shouldn't be mixing brewsies with NUNS anyway

I was there one time when they were sponsoring a bingo with those LGBTQ “nuns” that started a brew ha ha with the LA Dodgers.

I just can't get over the posturing...list all your DEI bonafides and pat yourself on the back for keeping out a group that feeds the hungry, houses homeless, takes care of the terminally ill BECAUSE they oppose murdering infants.
And our society actually champions the brewery on this one? Sick. Just sick.

They must be getting hammered in the replies. I find it kind of funny, though, that most of the commenters in favor of Second Line are allegedly men.

I'm sure their last names are properly hyphenated.
