New Narrative on MSNDC on the red wave

If the Republicans don't win 50-60 seats it's not a red wave. Problem with that narrative is that in 2010 the republicans only held 178 seats in the house. There were much more seats to flip unlike now when they have 212 seats.

If the new faces don't challenge the GOPe leadership to demand change, then it's all for naught anyway.

You're right..................the Dems should just be handed every seat in every chamber and we all give up.
Not...........................

It really is an amazing amount of cope. There was a mini red-wave in the House in 2020 that was swept under the rug, so it is not even possible to pick up 50-60 seats at these levels due to gerrymandering. Point is that Pubs are going to be in control of the investigation process for 1/6 and everything else, and we are going to get some intellectual honesty back.

If the red wave materializes, you’ll hear the narrative “this ALWAYS happens to the incumbent party in the midterms.”

Watched 5 minutes the other night and bald dude with glasses said people will look short term with inflation but need to look long term with current strong economy and low unemployment rate.
Female cohost steps in and says "say that slowly again so everyone can her you".

They can get rather creative with their coping mechanism, can't they!

Anything over 30 is a red wave. 50-60 would be bordering on historic. 60+ I truly believe it destroys the Democrat Party.

How many seats they win isn’t as important how many seats they control. They’re starting with a much higher floor this cycle so controlling the house by 20 or more votes would be huge.

I'll be disappointed if they don't hold more than 240 seats.

but need to look long term
Long term is high inflation taking place. The problem the Dems have is that voting Americans are experiencing inflation every day. Our paychecks are being eaten up by inflation.
You can try to spin and propagandize all you want but we are living the failures of their policies and spending.

There will still be way too many Dim voters no matter what happens. If our current situation doesn’t change that nothing will.

This is true. Patriots can save the useful idiots from themselves and they will continue to complain because they didn’t feel enough pain. As time passes and patriots pass, the country will go the way of the globalist elites.
