Evidently she wore a jacket that says "I really don't care. Do you?" on the back to her trip today.
Presumably this must mean that she hates everyone or something. I don't know.
Seems as if this is almost done intentionally to provoke an over reaction from the left.

I don't have many fricks to give about Melania's choice of wardrobe but you'd think somebody would have anticipated that.
When you're going for a photo op to show how much you care, don't wear clothes that say "I really don't care". particularly in front of a media that likes to make a hysterical mountain out of a mole hill.

Which leads me to believe that this is a calculated move in some way.
I doubt she owns many articles of clothing at that price point.
