Other than him promising to stay in touch as a private citizen to follow through with what they started, I am not seeing much in those tapes in the OP that are a bombshell.
Joe asking him about his conversation with Trump, and calling him a dog chasing a car or bus didn't age well.
It shows a very strong relationship and a lot of arse kissing, but no smoking gun. Did I miss something?

Man, these are 4 really strange tapes to leak, considering the absolute absence of revealing information in them. About the only thing they show is that joe doesn’t like trump, which is tough to possibly doing as a revelation. Aside from that, they sound surprisingly benign.

Tape 4. Not so much a promise, but Joe alludes to Poroshenko's kids going to Penn. Very strange coincidence seeing that Biden is an honorary professor and the face the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.
