eta-It's also a swing state where elections are generally pretty close. We have Ron Johnson and Tammy Baldwin as senators. Can't get much different, from one state, than that pair.

ACTUALLY,
I was born in Platteville, WI and while I do not reside in Wisconsin now, MANY long time leftist friends and relatives finally saw the light and voted Trump in 2016.
The same hard-core lefties will always vote Dem but a great many people in Wisconsin are hard-working, salt of the earth conservatives once you get away from the cities.
If it wasn't for Milwaukee and Madison, where the bulk of the cheating and mules running ballots took place, WI would have gone to Trump again in 2020.

A large company in Spring Green has started buying apartment buildings and renting entire hotels to house their workforce. They bought a motel in Spring Green versus paying for the damages their non English speaking workforce caused.
Rumor is they got thrown out of Dodgeville.
