Saying this over and over won't make it so. I voted for Trump twice and would do so again if he wins the primary. I am to the right of him, and certainly to the right of you, pRoUd iNdEpEnDeNt, so your comment makes a lot of sense.

The argument that Trump is establishment, so is Ron, but we like Ron better because he has diplomacy and a filter is silly.

Ron faked MAGA. So he will fake anything. Look at how long Ted Cruz fooled everyone...

Look at liddle Marco and years later he was at a MAGA rally being endorsed by Trump. He is a chairman now, Politics is dirty.

No matter who goes to DC as President-they are surrounded by the swamp. Trump has to negotiate and fight with them. DeSantis is one of them wearing a MAGA mask.

When one does not have frick-you money and got their political start in a Bush think tank PAC like Ted Cruz. They are of and controlled by the establishment, no?

Are you thinking Trump is establishment as they FBI raid his home? SC is the only way to the Presidency. Is Trumps friendship with Graham because Trump is establishment? Or what Uncle Lindsey told Megyn McCain, kissing the ring?

Whether you understand it or not is not really the point. For many voters, particularly those who are moderate, Trump is toxic. You can blame it on the media or Dems or whoever, but they have largely succeeded in making him into a monster for many who will vote.

I am not one of those people. I would vote for Trump in a heartbeat over any Dems, but I also am not blind to reality.

Ron DeSantis told his state that he was going to remove Disney's special tax status.

Ken Griffin: "I Don't Appreciate Governor DeSantis going after Disney's special tax status"

Gave that interview to Forbes.

What did DeSantis do? Remove that part.

Dude.. Bush was label as a racist.

Reagan was labeled as a racist.

That argument is a stale, old, and proven false by McCain and Romney.

I can understand not liking Trump, but if people truly want 4 more years of Biden over the Trump admin, then we are all fricked.

Maybe you should read the entire thread. HHTM tried to dox you and deleted it real quick.

It is one thing to be heated about politics and primaries are ugly.

It is quite another for HHTM to try to dox you because he is a whiny dweeb summer child twat...

Does HHTM want to deflect from him being nearly shunned off this board? And I was the only idget that tried to stop it?

He is in high school with his Displaced Buckeye troll team he thinks he is so cool with.

On a scale from 1 to HHTM blowing Rubio needing Xanax. What number do you fall into melting watching this?

Are you writing a paper of how nuanced Obama's Iran deal was for Frist?

It's not silly. There will always be what some term "the establishment." As you said, DC is full of them. What I see is DeSantis doing more effectively what Trump talks of doing. Trump simply didn't push enough for the wall and other matters. I suspect DeSantis will. I'm also convinced Trump will not be reelected fairly or unfairly in 2024. He has lost the middle in crucial purple states that is needed to win any presidential election.

Trump has been vilified in a way that NO previous President has been. He's been called racist, misogynist, an insurrectionist, "literally Hitler," and unfortunately, a lot of that has stuck to him whether it is factual or not. If you want to compare him to previously vilified Presidents, you can, but it's not really in the same stratosphere. Trump, for his part, does little to help himself, but I also know that's part of what got him elected in the first place.

Imagine DeSantis wining and dining Mitt Romney. Nevermind, Trump actually did that.

You can't get more milk toast establishment than Romney and Trump was courting him.

Like I said.. it is a proven ill strategy to try to find a candidate that the left will like enough.

Not only that, you end up with a person who will sell out more to globalism.

You're such a shill.

When Trump hangs out with GOPe trash, then it's "Trump is just making deals. He's a master negotiator. The Art of the Deal. Durr."

When DeSantis gets an endorsement from a GOPe stooge, it's "DeSantis is a Globalist Neocon! He's not the MAGA King!"

Simply a dishonest hack.

Romney pitched himself for a job that he did not get. In fact, their parting words pissed Romney off.

Try again.
