I think Team Hillary has pulled the trigger on Christie way too early. This is just going to pave the way for other, unanticipated threats to arise. And if he survives, this will be "old news" in 2016 - just like much of her baggage.

Maybe he said something uncomplimentary about her that got back to her? She can be extremely vindictive - to a fault...

That's correct, NO COMPROMISE with progressives, they must be defeated and their agenda quashed. "Bipartisanship" is nothing more than capitulation to Democrat demands.

Consider the source and why is this "new" and revealing information? Sandy was quite awhile back and she didn't think it was important then?

Ahhhhh American politics - gotta love 'em

What does this have to do with Christie screwing over the people that elected him?

Why didn't the good Dem mayor of Hoboken bring this up when it happened, now why would a Dem mayor bring it up and DNCNBC run with it after a traffic jam? Coincidence?

No way. Probably to score political points.

Again, how is this an excuse for what Christie did?

Based on what has come to light recently about the actions of his administration, it seems plausible at this point that he may have.

They got the leadership they deserve? One of my favorite truths to our country, the idiot in charge is there because idiots put him there. The crook in charge is there because crooks put him there, etc.

Truth. That is why I vote third party. I get to wash my hands of all of that stuff. It's everyone else's fault, not mine.

In the future, more people may follow your lead. But I don't think anytime soon, as you can see from the majority of posts on this thread, most people here will give their side a pass on wrongdoing by invoking the sins of the otherside. Thus, they perpetuate the very system they despise. But the system is reliant on them for its success, and they come thru in spades.

Then they make posts saying "people get the rule they deserve" all the while failing to grasp that this applies to them as well.

So who doesn't believe this applies to everyone, the a-hole in Jersey has an R hanging behind his name and as of yet I haven't seen any glowing fricking support on this right leaning poliboard. Would seem to me if it was a group lock step mindset the fatman would be getting lots of support.

I was referring to all of the posts, your included, that basically said "who cares...Benghazi!"

But as several posters pointed out, you get the gov. you deserve. And we have.

So by comparing different public and press reactions is somehow fostering the continuation in a process you somehow abhor, thanks.
