I want curfew. Armed patrols roaming around to ensure compliance. All first time offenders are placed on a list and given an ankle monitor. Second time offenders are met with violence. It’s time to flatten the curve.

Nope, these are new, perilous and trying times. First time offenders are met with death.
No one may leave their houses for any reason. Teams of specially trained government workers will go by each house once a week and place a bag of groceries and other items deemed necessary by the government at your doorstep. It's the only way to combat this deadly virus.
