You want to have a beer with someone that apologizes for a guy that shoots up a church?

First let me say that I agree that the shooters had no business doing what they did, and I believe they should get taken to the cleaners in a civil suit.
However, you should brush up on the pertinent legal parameters which will determine their guilt (or not) in the coming criminal trial.
You might not like it or agree, but I bet they walk, especially if the prosecution overreaches on the charge, e.g. George Zimmerman.
Don't put any real money on it because you'll lose it.
They committed textbook aggravated assault per Georgia law, which by way of causing the victim's death means they committed felony murder, again per Georgia law.

It was a threat. A minor one. No. Mouton does not want to have a beer with someone so unhinged.
Besides, I already claimed moutons beer.

You’re going to justify the SC shooter’s motives? You’re really going down that road? The fact that has a single upvote is just disgusting.
I'm not justifying his motives. I'm simply asking what did he State about interracial issues that was factually untrue. How many of these people in this thread commenting even know who Emanuel Samson is? Maybe 30% if that. If you're going to search the name Emmanuel Samson you might want to do it on DuckDuckGo because if you use Google you won't learn about the note he left stating how he wanted to one-up Dylann Roof. The note he left in his pickup truck right before he shot the white woman in the back walked up to her rolled her over and shot her in the face caught on the church's parking lot surveillance camera

Yeah, it kinds does though
Arbery was invading the space of 2 armed police officers, enough that the first officer felt the need to search him for a weapon. It simply demonstrates that Arbery would not hesitate to initiate contact, even knowing that the person was armed, and he wasn't.
And its still irrelevant. Please try to follow, Arbery's "attack" was perfectly legal in response to the aggravated assault that was being committed against him.

If you think what he thought about black people is factually true, then you are justifying his motives. This word is used way too much, but in this case it’s true: you are a racist scumbag.

When those idiot fricktards in Nevada and Oregon refuse to cooperate with the government and "occupy" federal facilities for weeks/months at a time, why they're the greatest! Freedom fighters!
But one man in one rural southern county pushes back against comply or die and he's a terrible person for even attempting to assert his rights and his innocence.
"He should comply to the orders." Well, white folk when it's time to comply to orders they go ape shite. All the abuse the poor officers have been getting during the pandemic. Lol

Who hasn't walked through a house under construction? People do it all the time.

quote:It does not. It was unsolicited. It was from video footage provided by Mr English to the GCPD as it related to his 911 call. The response of Officer Rush was to offer the services of Gregory McMichael. Mr English did not respond to this offer.
That message actually helps the McMichaels
quote:Meh. Filed police reports and insurance claims will tell that story. I think he may have wanted it to stop but until I see burglary reports in the trial I will hold off judgment on that.
a) Its proof that the homeowner was VERY worried about unauthorized entries (despite his claims now)
quote:Not really. Using your premise, why was Officer Rush forwarding this message to the McMichaels? Under what authority was Officer Rush providing this information to a private citizen? Was he attempting to deputize him? Under what premise and for what purpose?
b) Its proof that the McMichaels were telling the truth when they said the trespassing had been brought to their attention. They could possibly have a copy of that forwarded message from the detective
quote:The NYT article shows that multiple individuals went into the construction property. This is really not an argument of any kind at all.
c) It totally exposes the homeowners current claims that the guy was just looking for water, because you never see that on camera, and he would certainly not have forwarded it to a police officer, if he really believed that back in Dec

I don't know what he thought about black people. I am referring to the statistical facts. Like Ben Shapiro says facts don't care about your feelings and I have no idea what his feelings are about black people. What I do know is the statistics on interracial crime that he cited were factually true and very uncomfortable for a lot of people to acknowledge

There's something else that you don't see on camera either....evidence of any felony. And it typically doesn't work out too well to question the sincerity of the party who the defendants allege to be the victim of Arbery. He says he wasn't victimized, sorta have to take his word for it.
