Not really. Using your premise, why was Officer Rush forwarding this message to the McMichaels? Under what authority was Officer Rush providing this information to a private citizen? Was he attempting to deputize him? Under what premise and for what purpose?

I don't know what he thought about black people. I am referring to the statistical facts. Like Ben Shapiro says facts don't care about your feelings and I have no idea what his feelings are about black people. What I do know is the statistics on interracial crime that he cited were factually true and very uncomfortable for a lot of people to acknowledge
